She was all there ever was. There was no life without Dallas, no reason . . . except her.No matter how hard she tried to convince me, I knew I had to once again make her mine, to make her remember . . . the fall.
I read The White Liar and was just as much on the fence with that one as I am with this one. Please be aware that this is my own personal opinion and in the grand scheme of life and reviews for books it really doesnât mean a lot.
Northwest Passage #4
When Kevin Johnson, 22, goes to Wallace, Idaho, days after his college graduation, he expects to find rest and relaxation as his family prepares his deceased grandfather’s house for sale. Then he discovers a hidden diary and a time portal that can take him to 1910, the year of Halley’s comet and the largest wildfire in U.S. history. Within hours, Kevin finds himself in the era of horse-drawn wagons, straw hats, and ankle-length dresses. Returning to the same time and place, he decides to travel again and again and make the portal his gateway to summer fun. The adventure takes a more serious turn, however, when the luckless-in-love science major falls for pretty English teacher Sarah Thompson and integrates himself in a community headed for tragedy. Filled with humor, romance, and heartbreak, THE FIRE, the sequel to THE JOURNEY, follows a conflicted soul through a life-changing journey as he makes his mark on a world he was never meant to see.
My Kind of Crazy
Despite the best of intentions, seventeen-year old, wisecracking Hank Kirby canât quite seem to catch a break. Itâs not that he means to screw things up all the time, it just happens. A lot. Much to Hankâs dismay, Peyton takes an interest in himâand his âwork.â The two are thrust into an unusual friendship, but their boundaries are tested when Hank learns that Peyton is hiding some dark secrets, secrets that may change everything he thought he knew about Peyton.
The writing style and plotline of Robin Reulâs âMy Kind of Crazyâ drops you right in the middle of story that feels like a re-load of some of my favorite 80âs movies.

From its Title âShock Advisedâ by Lani Lynn Vale seems to be the first book in a new series called âKilgore Fireâ but during reading the story I felt at times that there was some information missing for me, which leads to my assumption that characters from this series must have been mentioned in previous books. But as this is my first book by this author I can not be sure. T
I lost the love of my life when she disappeared without even a goodbye. It was the 80âs â there was no internet, no Google, no cell phones. If you wanted to disappear, you could. And she did. She crushed my soul. A friend just told me he saw her on Facebook. And now Iâm a keystroke away from asking her the question thatâs haunted me for two decades. âWhy did you leave me?â Two decades after she broke his heart, sexy entrepreneur Schooner Moore uncovers the truth and betrayal his life has been built on when he Facebook friend requests college love, Mia Silver. Determined to win Miaâs love once again, Schooner embarks on a life-altering journey that could cost him everything. This is the first book of the Needing Moore Series trilogy and is not meant to be read as a stand-alone. Book 2 – Moore to Lose and Book 3 – Moore than Forever are currently available.
So far this book is not one of my favorites. It might be that I still need to read book 2 and 3, but at this point I am not sure if I want to.
