| As I said in the Review for the first book…. INTENSE!! A Nerv-racking plot twist and a wild ride on a rollercoaster mixed with passionate love and hot sex. That is the perfect mixture for the perfect dark mafia romance. And here I thought, that I don’t like reading mafia storys… Well it turns out that Sasha Leone did a great job. I can’t get enough of the Kilpatrick Brothers.
Brutal Savior (Brutal Reign, #2) by Sasha Leone is about Nolan, the laywer. Whenh he first appeared in the first book, I tought he was the calm brother of all three, but it turns out, that he is just the monster that his older brother doesn’t want him to be. It is just who he is. The question is, can the sweet Bratva Princess Valentina handle the monster. She is a queen. How she handles every situation is really amazing. Even if it seems impossible. The author did an amazing job by capturing Valentinas and Nolans character. Their development is so good. The writing is just as perfect. The plot twist really got me on the edges. I don’t think I have any emotions left. Yeah…. I admit it… I cried. Hard and ugly tears. I don’t think I’m ready for the last story. But I’m so excited for Taras and Shanes story. I think they are something special. |
