Review :With “Live Me” by Celeste Grande, I read a book by a, for me until now, totally unknown author. A change that is more than welcome.
This is a book about a girl who can´t live her life the way she lived it for the last years- which is why she is running. Running from a past that haunts her . Because of her confused emotions, the reader is confronted with a whirl wind of feelings which make the book so special. Emotions that are raw. Emotions that make you feel what the two unique protagonists feel.
It´s a story about fighting your way back into a new life which also explains one of Eva´s most important traits. Even if the pace of the first half of the book was a bit too slow in my opinion, I love the way the story-line developed throughout the course of action which might has to do with the male protagonist Blake.
A nice story with a unique relationship- one I want to get to know more about as this can´t be the end!
