Review : âThe CEO Buys Inâ by Nancy Herkness was my first book by this author and I was pleasantly surprised. To think I almost did not pick it up to readâ¦just because of the title actuallyâ¦unbelievable. I had so many âCEOâ novels lately that this title did not really draw me to the book, because you come to think of a certain style of book when reading certain âslogansâ and unfortunately âCEOâ is one of those words for me. But this is already everything âremotely negativeâ I could say about this book.
The story itself leaves no wishes open that a reader could have for a well-developed and well written novel. This book feels really like a romance novel and I totally loved the relationship between the leads. It felt good and believable â as a reader it was easy for me to think âthis could actually happenâ (at least in most parts), so it was easier to be carried away by it. I was pleased to find out at the end of the book that there will be further books about other characters we met in this one and I will surly read those too.
