Review : Significance by Shelly Crane – was my last weekends novel. Its been almost a week since I finished and still my mind is working on processing all details. I did not check upon the background of this novel – (that was an intentional decision – as I wanted to be free of any influences – but NOW after reading this first part I intent to check up on this book).

Maybe I am very wrong or I suffer from paranoia but I have the feeling this book is coming from a fanfiction.Actually this is not a bad thing – because it is written really well, there are just certain parts in it that reminded me A LOT of one of my favorite novels. In addition, when I read the name of the DOG … well (no I am not going to spoiler – if you read the book this hint will be enough) …

Anyway – the book started a little slow and I had some trouble getting in the right frame of mind when I felt that this might have been a fanfiction. However, once I pushed those feelings aside – I was left with an awesome novel. Moreover, I believe if you do not know the original novel I am thinking of – you will not notice anything.

Maggie and Caleb are amazing and I so cannot wait to find the time to read the next novels of this series. It is honestly a good thing that this book is already older so the other parts are already available. The whole dynamic of the story and the created characters work perfectly. The plot is well developed and the writing is fluent. Well how and whom to recommend this book …

I would have said I recommend this to all lovers of xxx but that would spoiler the novel I am thinking of so it’s a no-no. Therefore, I go for – I would like to recommend this novel to all the readers that always believed there are more things out there than just ordinary humans and that wondered if there is an explanation for love at first sight.
