I had high expectations for Emergency Engagement (Love Emergency #1)by Samanthe Beck as the plot sounded good and it was a new to me author as well as the opening of a new series. The writing was indeed good and the plotline was nice but unfortunately the developing of that plotline was not used to its fullest. There was so much more in that plot idea but somehow it was drifting below and never had the chance to reach the surface.I really really liked the characters but I was missing something, something which unfortunately I can not even pinpoint. So this was not one of my favorites â I am so sorry to say that.
