It has been a long time since I read a love story like this. Solid from beginning to End âHeartbreakerâ by Kat Bastion with Stone Bastion draws its readers into the world of sacrifice and deep love.
Darren and Kiki âs is relationship is far from âfriend zoneâ no matter how hard they try â that much the reader can tell from the beginning on. The only question that remains throughout the pages is if they will give into it or not.?
And if so â what will be the consequences ?
The author drew interesting characters and placed them into a solid plot.
The writing is solid and flawless. I personally would have wished for a little more emotions as I sometimes could not feel with the leads, but in total it was a really good read that I can fully recommend
