I am struggling to voice my feelings about “Can’t Stay Away” by Lilly Avalon.

I am addicted to reading so it is no wonder when I come across similar plotline quite frequent. But while I liked the writing and the basic storyline of this book I still had the feeling I already read the book before.

That feeling was so strong that I even opened Goodreads to check but unfortunately, as I read so many books I could not find the book I was mentally comparing it to on short notice and my time was to precious to me to waste it with further searches.

But my feeling remained so strong that I could predict several pieces of the plotline quite precisely which left me feeling strange and still thinking even this minute while I am writing this review.

Putting this aside … if you did not read so many books yet you will find a well-developed romance with an intriguing plotline. For me it was not unique (as mentioned) but for other readers it could be their next favorite stepbrother novel.
