Never say never. Especially not to a determined bad boy. Zander Minelli is exactly the wrong kind of man. Heâs dark, dangerous, and knows far too much about sawed-off shotguns. Faith Davidson finds him irresistible. The widowed single mother knows she should dip her toe back in the dating pool with someone solid and dependable. Definitely no tattoos. But every time she looks up, the brooding soldier is watching her, and she canât help but wonder what it would be like to let herself have a taste⦠Small town summer nights have never been hotterâand one transplanted city-girlâs heart has never been more fragile.
Review :
What a wonderful read! I truly enjoyed this book until the very last page.
With this book by the very talented Zoe York, you get a story that really is unique. You have these two characters which really shouldn´t be mentioned in combination with the work relationship, but this is exactly what makes this story so special: the way they work it out without realizing how good it is working out….
It´s wonderful to see how they interact with each other, how they affect each other. And how they create this deeply touching story including a plot line that never left me feeling boring . I loved Zander´s and Faith´s relationship, but nothing beats Zander´s relationship with Faith´s son! I literally inhaled their relationship! Wrapped up in a flawless writing-style, you get this book which indeed is just beautiful!
