Jane Bohlin volunteers at a recording studio that supplies recorded textbooks to visually impaired students. Still grieving the death of her husband, Jane is consumed by loneliness, afraid that her chance for love and happiness are gone forever.
When Jane is asked to record a special reading project for Matt, their own story begins. Matt is instantly intrigued by Jane and her tender voice captures his heart. Jane, who has distanced herself from everyone she ever knew, welcomes Matt’s friendship. As their relationship grows into a love they both desperately need, insecurities arise as Matt and Jane must come to terms with the demons of their pasts.
