“Lily White at it again, she likes to whip you with suspense, choke you with mystery, and keep you guessing until very end!” ~Amazon review
“… a fascinating, disturbing, intriguing and thought provoking read.” ~Amazon Review
I was putting distance between us with each step, the numbers growing faint until I barely heard ten. They had to be a good distance away, but I didn’t think it would be enough.
Already, thin branches had grabbed at my hair and ripped individual strands from my head. My feet had stumbled over stones on the ground and roots that were growing too high up.
Every so often, thick patches of bushes would block my way, causing me to turn left or right to avoid them.
I was engulfed in darkness, the moon and stars hidden above the canopy of trees, and eventually the forest around me grew silent. I could only hear my heavy breathing. But I didn’t stop. Didn’t turn to see if I could hear footsteps behind me, didn’t slow down to give myself even a second to catch my breath. I just kept going without concern for where I would end up, as long as it was away from them.
For a moment I believed that I’d somehow outrun them, but when a tree blocked my path and I had to dodge to avoid it, a hand slapped at my arm causing me to scream.
I turned again and ran in a different direction with deep laughter booming from where I had been.
I was being corralled, but still I kept running, even when my body wanted to give out.

Just received my ARC – is it OK to say I am scared ? I read some books by this author and I know what she is capable of – so yeah I am SCARED … Dear future Readers, This book was just as I expected…. – so me being scared was justified – So this leaves me with the problem what could I tell other possible readers about this book ? Actually to be honest ? NOTHING ! – Expect to be dumbfounded oh and in the total contrary to what the blurb might suggest (now here comes my spoiler of the day) – Expect LOVE BUT I cannot promise if you will get anything of what I tell you to expect SO I will promise you – You will be surprised And it will probably hurt – there is no denying – so I have to be fair and at least mention it. And when you turn the final page of this book you will ask yourself what just happened Lily White is just one of THESE authors – when you see she releases a new book you will know you need to read it and you know it will surprise you but you will never be able to guess how |

Holden sees things. Lots of things. Things we would call ugly, but he believes are beautiful. He paints sad pictures. And strums lonely guitars. He drowns out the taunting voices while shunning the expected norms. I let them hurt him. But then I saw him. I loved him MADLY. |
After only reading a few pages of Crazy Madly Deeply by Lily White I had a moment where I thought I made a mistake in choosing this book because there was something so different about the way the story was told.
I wasn’t sure if I would able to connect with the characters in the way they deserved. But something about the unfolding story kept me going and going … I passed my 3 chapter rule and continued to read.
Getting drawn into the plot I experienced the hurt and anger of the leads. I suffered with them and I was shocked how the story developed. At the outskirts of my mind I am reminded of another story that might have been totally different yet in a way expressed the same devastation to me. That story was “Split” by J.B. Salsbury and if you read that Book I am pretty sure you can imagine where my mind is going.
I am not sure actually what or how much I can tell you about this plot because I went into it blindly not knowing anything except the Blurb and I would recommend to other readers to do the same.
Just be prepared for it to be a darker Be prepared for it to hurt Because you won’t be prepared for what will happen

Lots of things.
Things we would call ugly, but he believes are beautiful.
He paints sad pictures.
And strums lonely guitars.
He drowns out the taunting voices while shunning the expected norms.
I let them hurt him.
I wasn’t strong enough to speak out.
I hurt him, too, only to prove I wasn’t just like him.
But then I saw him.
I heard him.
I learned why Holden wasn’t CRAZY like they said.
I loved him MADLY.
I fell for him DEEPLY.
And alone, I decided to save a man who was the most beautiful of us all.
