The Soldier (Chicago Bratva, #4) by Renee Rose was a good and solid read. It was not my first book from this author. I’m currently reading her Bad Boy Alphas Series and I’m laughing my ass of over some scenes with the shifters. I missed the humor in this story. I missed the action of a good Mafia story. I really loved the relationship between Pavel and Kayla. That is what I call a trustfull Dom/Sub relationship with lots of love. I even loved the scenes they had, but it all went pretty fast. Maybe I should have read the series in order, but that doesn’t change the fact, that there was zero action and just sex… even for me it was too much sex. I will continue reading the Bad Boy Alphas, because I love the alphas wolfs and I’m looking forward to read the Midnight Dom series. |
