Dark Queen by Ker Dukey was not my first dark mafia romance, but the first book i read from this author. And what can I say… she nailed it. I loved it. It was dark, it was inetense, it was mafia. Alyssa is really a queen. How she handles some situation in this story is remarkable. She is a strong and sassy girl, but she also wants to be free. And for that she has o give herself to Luca. What a cocky bastard. A hot and sexy cocky bastard though. He is the king, and every king needs a queen. Their love for each other is unique and the sex…. holy moly… HOT! Some scenes went a bit fast, while other scenes were too long. But maybe it’s just me. The stroy was perfect. I really look forward to read some more from this author. |
