Review : Vicious (Sinners of Saint #1) by L.J. Shen was a brilliant surprise. It was my first book by this author therefore I can not judge if it is a “normal” story for her. But I will be sure to check out some of her other books.

 

In its basics the story is not so new or original but the way the author wove all the tiny details together into a mix of an “almost” kind of stepbrother, bully, second chance & alpha novel makes it unique. Plus the author has an incredible writing style that draws you in and will not let you go until the book is done with you.

 

At times I was annoyed that it took so long to find out the reasons for certain actions and there were a few tiny trigger moments – but in total all of this was necessary to create a masterpiece.

 

And honestly I can hardly wait what happens next in the next book and who will feature it… I have a few ideas though….
