This book sounded amazing when I read the blurb and when I started reading it you can tell that Ms. Harlow is talented.

Some sort of love is a fun read, with very sweet, smexy, hot and adorable moments.

3.5 Pine Sol & Girl Friday Stars

Jillian Nixon is the last of the Nixon sisters who haven’t found love yet. She is content and happy with her life but just lonely having no one to share with her. I liked Jillian she has great inner monologue and most of the time too much inner monologue can be boring but this was good.
-Ah Wine. Wine is my friend. Wine understood me. Wine knew that it was entirely possible to be one hundred percent happy for your sisters and ten percent jealous, because Wine does not care about mathematics. And Wine would never ask why I didn’t have a man by the age of thirty. –

Levi Brooks is a man’s, man. He has the hot beard vibe going on and knows how to rock it. He is a single father and is at Skylar’s and Sebastian’s wedding.

After eleven years and they meet again and they still have a strong connection even after the closet event.

I loved the connection that they had with one another and the banter between them. Chemistry was definitely there.

I felt that although Scotty played a vital role in this book that the relationship between the MC was more important. I get it that they have to get to know one another and all but more in-depth information about autism would have been good I just felt that there was something missing but that is just my personal opinion.

Levi has a lot of guilt because of Scotty’s mum leaving them and he feels as if he isn’t being a good enough father and doesn’t know how to juggle a relationship with his duties with his son but I mean come on no need to play the martyr. In the end he treated Jillian like a side dish and she did the right thing no matter how much it hurt. Nobody can carry that kind of burden forever.
My personal favourite in the book was the banter between the sisters.

“No more bites from the online thing?” I shook my head. “I got off that after the convicted felon contacted me.” “Oh, well what about that surgeon you met for drinks last week?” “Turns out he exaggerated the state of his divorce. As in, his wife didn’t know about it yet.”
If all the other books are like this then I will go back and read them.
